Online retailer enters City Logistics Wrocław I
Polish online furniture and home décor retailer Selsey has leased almost 11,000 sq m of warehouse space and about 500 sq m of office space in Panattonis's City Logistics Wrocław I. The tenant is to use the space to fulfil its online orders and supply goods to ten European countries including Poland, Germany, Romania, Belgium and Italy. Selsey is a rapidly expanding company included in the Financial Times 1000: Europe’s Fastest Growing Companies 2020 ranking, where it is listed in 23rd place. It is currently seeing growth of around 50 pct a year. The company hopes that its new warehouse will help it speed up its order processing and will give it additional space to offer new product lines, such as garden products. The building, where Selsey leased space, has been constructed in line with BREEAM ‘Very Good’ specifications. It was completed in October as part of the second stage of development of  City Logistics Wrocław I. As a result, the park expanded to around 48,000 sqm. Eventually, it will comprise around 100,000 sqm of leasable space in six warehouse buildings. The buildings can be modified to the requirements of each tenant, both in terms of the technical specifications as well as the individual production, storage, social and office areas. The park is located near the Wrocław Motorway Bypass and 2 km from the A4 motorway, which runs to Poland’s southwestern border with Germany around 160 km away and to Poland's southeastern border with Ukraine. The complex is also only 13 km from Wrocław airport and 8 km from the city centre. It is also easily accessible via public transport.
