P3 Logistic Parks plans development in Silesia
A 110,000 sq m warehouse complex is to be built in the village of Dębieńsko in the Silesian region by developer P3 Logistic Parks. A site of 22 ha has been acquired for a big box development. The buildings are to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of 'Excellent'. The construction works are to start in the first quarter of 2023.
The site is located near the A1 motorway 25 km from the Sośnica junction, which is the largest interchange in Poland, where the A4 and A1 motorways cross and meet with National Road Nr 44. The site is also not far from the region's largest towns and cities with Gliwice being a 20 minute-drive away, Zabrze being 25 minutes away and Katowice just 30 minutes away.
This is not the only development P3 has recently announced. In June, the company purchased a 5-ha brownfield site on ul. Lwowska in Katowice and in April it purchased 29 ha in the village of Kąty Wrocławskie. At the end of last year P3 also signed a contract to buy three sites with a combined area of 32 ha next to the city limits of Łódź, Wrocław and Bydgoszcz.
P3 Logistic Parks has been developing warehouse and logistics space in Europe for nearly 20 years. It currently operates in 11 countries and holds assets comprising over 6.6 million sq m. It also has a land bank of 1.6 million sq m.
