P3 signs up InPost again
Warehouse developer P3 has announced that it has signed a lease agreement with InPost for 10,882 sqm of office and warehouse space in its P3 Piotrków park. The tenant is to use the space for its InPost Fulfillment service, which it offers to e-commerce retail clients. InPost, which was one of the first tenants to lease space in the park, has its main sorting centre in the same location. In total InPost leases over 35,000 sqm in the park.
P3 first began work on its P3 Piotrków park in 2007 and it is now one of the largest warehouse parks in Central Poland. It currently comprises 268,000 sqm gla in seven buildings and is located in the village of Wola Bykowska, 10 km from the town of Piotrków Trybunalski at the intersection of the A1 motorway and the S8 expressway. The park is around 40 km south of Łódź and 140 km southwest of Warsaw. P3 owns the necessary land to extend the centre by an additional leasable area of 230,000 sqm and eventually the park could offer around 500,000 sqm. Other tenants include Kuehne + Nagel, FM Logistic, Jysk and ID Logistics.
P3, was originally established in Prague in 2001. Currently, it has more than 5.7 mln sqm of assets under management as well as land in key logistics locations that is available for immediate development. The company, which was purchased by GIC – Singapore's sovereign wealth fund – in 2016, is active in twelve countries across both Western Europe and the CEE region.
