Panattoni builds for Danfoss
At the end of November, Panattoni is to finish construction work on the Danfoss Poland factory in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Already 12,000 sq m of factory, warehouse, social and office space has been completed while a further 1,000 sqm remains under construction. A total of 45 production lines are to be set up where Danfoss Poland will produce energy-saving solenoid valves for industry and refrigeration purposes. The Grodzisk factory already has 20 lines producing efficient energy saving solutions for different industrial systems such as refrigeration for foods. Before the end of the year production lines are also to be set up to produce components to reduce water usage. Danfoss is currently moving its industrial equipment from its factory in Denmark.
Over 200 people have already been employed in the new factory and more workers are to be hired before the end of the year. Eventually, around 400 people are to work in the factory. The development more than fulfils the WT 2020 requirements for the heat retention of a building. Sytems are used that include heat recovery from ice-cold water. as well as air compressors, which will allow both for heating water and provide pleasant working conditions in the office section.
