Panattoni completes central warehouse for Neonet
Panattoni has completed the construction work on a central warehousing facility for electronics retailer Neonet. The building is part of the Panattoni Park
Łódź-Pabianice complex and it comprises around 44,000 sq m. The tenant has the option to expand the facility by a further 20,000 sq m. The opening ceremony is to take place in August this year.
Neonet owns a chain of 300 electronics stores across the country and the Pabianice warehousing centre is to stock the company's full range of goods. The centre is also to serve the company's online sales. The Neonet building makes up the first stage of Panattoni's Pabianice park, which is eventually to comprise four buildings with a total leasable area of 123,000 sq m. Construction of the second building is planned to start in Q4 2022.
Panattoni Park Łódź-Pabianice is to be environmentally certified under BREEAM with an intended rating of 'Excellent'. The site is to include green relaxation areas for workers and the developer has also designed the buildings to optimise their acoustics and thermal comfort.
Panattoni Park Łódź-Pabianice benefits greatly from its location in Central Poland around 35 km from where the A1 and A2 motorways cross. The S14 expressway, which serves as the western bypass of Łódź and Pabianice, also runs nearby.
