Panattoni developing another Bydgoszcz Park
Warehouse developer Panattoni is building a 110,000 sq m complex in the village Lisi Ogon in the administrative district of Białe Błota near Bydgoszcz. Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV will comprise three buildings, one with an area of 20,500 sqm, which will be a BTS development wholly occupied by Belma Accessories Systems, a Polish-based company that specialises in advanced metal constructions and is part of the Kurkus Holding capital group. The warehousing section will be 12,000 sq m and almost 7,000 sq m will be production space with around 1,600 sq m set aside for office space. The centre is to be delivered at the end of Q2/beginning of Q3 2022.
Construction work has also started on the largest building in the complex, which will comprise 62,000 sq m and will be ready in Q2 this year. Construction work on the final 30,000 sq m building is to begin shortly.
This is the fourth park Panattoni will build in the Bydgoszcz area. So far, the developer has delivered 265,000 sq m in the region including both its parks and BTS developments. Bydgoszcz benefits from being close to the A1 motorway, which runs from north to south of the country. It is located halfway between the ports in Gdańsk and the logistics hub in Łódź. It also benefits from being next to the S10 expressway, which runs from Warsaw to Szczecin as well as the S5 which joins the city with Olsztyn, Poznań and Wrocław.
