Panattoni to build 45,000 sq m in Radom
Developer Panattoni has begun construction on the Panattoni Park Radom warehouse centre. Eventually at full build-out, the centre will comprise 44,200 sq m and the first two buildings of 13,500 sq m are to be completed at the end of 2022/ beginning of 2023. Around 8,500 sq m has already been leased to companies from the grocery and logistics sectors. The third building with an area of 30,700 sq m is to be completed next year. The developer intends for the park to be certified under BREEAM with a rating level of 'Excellent'.
The complex has been designed for local companies looking for class A warehousing space as well as for national and international operators from different sectors such as e-commerce and logistics. The centre is being built in the Wincentów district of Radom near District Road 735 around 10 km from the Warsaw-Radom airport. The S7, which joins Warsaw with Kraków is a 10-minute drive away. It takes around 1.5 hours to drive from Radom to Warsaw and 2.5 hours to drive to Kraków.
This is not the first time Panattoni is building near Radom. In 2021, Panattoni completed a 12,800 sq m BTS centre for US-based AZZ Specialty Welding Europe – a global supplier of galvanisation and welding solutions. In the Mazovian region, the developer has already completed around 1.6 million sq m.
