Panattoni to build 70,000 sq m in Grudziądz
Panattoni Park Grudziądz is to comprise almost 70,000 sq m. Panattoni is to build the complex in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian region. Construction work has already begun, and the project should be completed within the year. The first tenant is from the modern logistics service sector and has leased an area of 9,000 sq m. Panattoni is planning to erect four buildings within the park over an area of 11 ha. The centre is being constructed in the Dragacz administrative district around 10 km from Grudziądz next to the Nowe Nowe Marzy junction on the A1 motorway, which connects to National Road nr. 91. The location is around an hour's drive to the centre of Gdańsk as well as to its international airport and the largest port on the Baltic. Furthermore, it is around a 90-minute drive to Bydgoszcz.
Panattoni Park Grudziądz will be the first park to be built by the developer in the Grudziądz area. However, in 2019, Kuyavian-Pomeranian region, Panattoni has already constructed over 300,000 sq m of space and with the construction in Dragacz as well as other developments in the region, the total area developed by the company will be more than half a million sq m. The developer is also currently constructing developments that include Panattoni Park Toruń II and Panattoni Park Bydgoszcz IV. In 2021 Zalando leased 140,000 sq m from Panattoni in a BTS centre in Bydgoszcz.
