Printed t-shirt supplier moves to a new warehouse
Corporate Image, a wholesaler of promotional clothing, has leased 830 sq m of warehouse space at Diamond Business Park Ursus in Warsaw. The tenant was represented in the transaction by global real estate advisory firm Savills.
Corporate Image sells promotional clothing and offers garment printing and computer embroidery on items such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets and caps. It is an official distributor of Stedman, Fruit of the Loom, Russell, Gildan and Promodoro. Its clients include Coca-Cola, Kompania Piwowarska and the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity Foundation.
Corporate Image is Poland’s first promotional clothing company to have introduced a warehouse management system (WMS). The tenant has leased the new space for storage and distribution of more than two million clothing items.
“In our previous warehouse locations we were unable to make effective use of modern solutions in goods storage. We are an e-commerce leader in our sector and a year ago we launched a brand new online platform with a warehouse management system to facilitate and speed up order fulfilment. Following these innovations, we had to integrate and shift our warehouses to a modern complex offering a synergy of first-rate storage conditions, modern warehouse management solutions and an innovative e-commerce portal. Now we feel confident that our warehouse space will boost rather than hamper our growth,” said Tomasz Kamiński, President of Corporate Image.

Diamond Business Park Ursus is a modern BREEAM-certified warehouse park located in Warsaw’s Ursus district. It offers 34,000 sq m of warehouse space and 16,000 sq m of Class A office space in separate buildings adjacent to the warehouse facility. White Star Real Estate is the developer and owner of this warehouse park.
