Prologis to build 46,000 sq m of speculative space
Prologis is beginning construction work on 46,000 sq m in the Prologis Park Wrocław III complex. According to the developer, it is to be the company's largest ever speculative warehouse development. The completion date has been set for the second quarter of 2023. The building is to have a 12m clearance height with increased load capacity flooring and improved insulation in the walls and roofing. Systems with motion sensors can be programmed to meet the needs of the client to reduce costs and energy usage. The building is to have skylights and windows in the facade to ensure the internal lighting is 12.5 pct natural. The building is also to have solar panelling and solar collectors installed. Tenants will have access to a grill site as well as an outdoor BookBox book exchange. In 2023 an automated toilet is to be set up for truck drivers as well as a picnic area with outdoor beach-style seating and swings. The park also includes bicycle shelters and repair stations as well as electric vehicle charging stations. The park has ample parking for both cars and trucks and the park also benefits from its own dedicated Prologis park management team. Prologis Park Wrocław III currently comprises five buildings with a combined 137,000 sq m. The tenants include Acer, Deichmann, DSV, Farutex, Max Fliz, Neuca, Selena and Truvant. Prologis Park Wrocław III is in the western part of the city close to a junction onto the A8 motorway around 10 km from the A4. Want to rent a hall or warehouse space in the area?
