SPAR is currently trying to maximise the revenues it generates from its own logistics structures. Over the next three months, the chain intends to improve the efficiency of its supply chain, building up its logistics capabilities where it is already present, while in the further future with the growth of its sales and the expansion of its coverage, it plans to gradually enlarge its existing warehousing facilities.
