Stationers in Hillwood Kutno
School stationery producer St. Majewski has leased 9,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Hillwood Kutno logistics park. The tenant expects to begin operating from the park in Q1 2021.
St. Majewski is a Polish company that has been operating for 130 years and is the owner of several brands including Bambino, Unipap, Mona and St. Right, it is also licensed to produce brands owned by international corporations such as Disney, Mattel, Hasbro, Universal Studios, MGA Entertainment and the emoji company.
The Hillwood logistics park includes over 32,600 sqm of class A logistics space 7 km near the town of Kutno which lies around 70 km north of Łódź. The centre is around 7 km from the town centre and next to the Kutno junction on the A1 motorway. The centre is also only 10 minutes from the motorway junction that connects the A1 with the A2. The location is also near the PCC Intermodal transport hub where goods from China and both Western and Eastern Europe are unloaded as well as goods from seaports travelling via the Baltic Adriatic corridor.
Hillwood has also constructed central logistics centres in Stryków and Łódź. The company is currently planning to build in the towns of Zgierz and Rawa Mazowiecka as well as near the town of Łowicz. Hillwood has constructed around 16,000 sqm around the world including over 1 mln sqm in Poland.
