Super-Pharm takes up space in Prologis Park Teresin
Israeli-owned pharmacy chain Super-Pharm has prolonged its lease of 9,600 sq m and taken up an additional 12,600 sq m in Prologis Park Teresin. The logistics park comprises three buildings with a total area of almost 160,000 sq m. One of the attractions of the centre is that it has its own railway siding. The buildings are equipped with numerous facilities for its tenants including a smart metering system, ESFR sprinklers, smoke vents and skylights to provide access to natural light. The centre has 24-hour security, and the entrance gates are equipped with CCTV cameras. The centre includes many green spaces and has direct access to public transportation.
The complex is in Teresin around 45 km east of Warsaw and 10 km west of Sochaczew. The centre is also well connected since it is close to National Road 92, which connects Warsaw with Poznań, as well as to the A2 motorway, which connects both the east and the west of the country and allows for goods to be distributed to foreign markets. The centre is also 15 km from the Wiskitki junction on the A2 motorway. As well as the strategic location, what also proved to be of importance to the tenant was the possibility of adapting the space to meet their own needs.
