Unico Logistics takes 11,000 sq m in BIK Park Wrocław
Korean logistics operator Unico Logistics has signed a lease for over 11,200 sq m in a building under construction in the BIK Park Wrocław logistics centre. The 22,500 sq m building is to be completed in September this year. The tenant already occupies almost 4,400 sq m in a building that was built in 2020 in the first construction stage of the park. This building, which has an area of 25,000 sq m, has already been fully commercialised. As well as the warehousing space, Unico Logistics also occupies 210 sq m of office space in the building. Eventually, at full build-out, BIK Park Wrocław is to have an area of 47,500 sq m. The work to construct a second building began last spring. The park is on an 11.7 ha site in the village of Nowa Wieś Wrocławska (part of the Kąty Wrocławskie administrative district). It is near the Pietrzykowice junction on the A4 motorway. From the park, it is around a four-hour drive to both Berlin and Warsaw, while it is around a two-hour drive to Katowice.  The park is around 15 km from the centre of Wrocław. Unico Logistics is headquartered in Seoul and has been operating in Europe since 2010. BIK S.A. is a Polish warehouse developer owned by the NREP NSF IV investment fund. Its operations are overseen by Logicenters – NREP's logistics platform.
