Uniq Logistic takes up 20,000 sqm in MLP parks

Polish logistics operator has signed a lease for around 20,500 sq m in two parks owned by the MLP Group. The logistics company has leased 6,500 sq m in MLP Pruszków including 145 sq m of office space as well as a further 13,900 sq m of warehouse space in MLP Łódź. The buildings are to be adapted to meet the specific needs of the client and are also to be certified under BREEAM. The space is to be handed over in January next year. Uniq Logistic has been an MLP tenant since 2020. As a result of the two latest lease contracts, the company is increasing the total area it occupies in the MLP Pruszków II and MLP Łódź parks to 44,000 sq m. Uniq Logistic was founded in 2008 and currently operates seven branches in Poland. Eventually, at full build-out, MLP Pruszków II will comprise 393,000 sq m. The centre is around 25 km west of Warsaw and 5 km from the town of Pruszków. It lies between local road Nr. 760 and the A2 motorway. The centre is also well connected both to the centre of Warsaw and with the arterial roads that join the capital with other major cities in Poland. The MLP Łódź park comprises 83,100 sq m of modern warehouse space. The centre is being built in the eastern part of Łódź in the city's Widzew district. It is 4 km from the A1, which joins Łódź to the Tri-CIty, and around 20 km from the A2 motorway, which leads to Warsaw, Poznań and Berlin. Looking for warehouse space in the area?
