Uniq Logistic to enter MLP Pruszków II
Uniq Logistic has signed a lease with MLP Group for 5,700 sqm in MLP Pruszków II on Warsaw’s western outskirts. The lease includes 250 sqm of office and social space and around 5,450 sqm of warehousing. The built-to-suit centre is to be handed over to the tenant at the beginning of the third quarter of this year. Uniq Logistic has been operating in Poland since 2008. This is the fourth lease in MLP Pruszków II that MLP has announced since the beginning of the year. Polish stainless steel and aluminium distributor Investa expanded its lease to 5,600 sqm in April. Omnichannel systems provider Radial leased 8,100 sqm of warehouse space and 1,000 sqm of office and social space in February, while Swedish HVAC systems producer Lindab leased 4,200 sqm in January. MLP Pruszków II is located on a 72 ha site in the Brwinów administrative district 5 km to the west of the town of Pruszków and 22 km from the centre of Warsaw. The centre is 3 km away from the Pruszkowa-Żbikowa junction of the A2 motorway and 24 km away from Warsaw's Chopin airport. Additionally, an international railway line runs near the park. Eventually the centre should comprise a total built out area of 309,000 sqm and already around half of this space has been delivered while a further 40,000 sqm is currently under development. MLP currently operates in Germany, Poland and Romania. The group follows a build and hold strategy and keeps all the space it develops within its own portfolio.
