Vesta Polska expands in Prologis Park Błonie

Logistics operator Vesta Polska has extended its lease and increased its area in the Prologis Park Błonie logistics centre. Previously, the tenant leased a total area of 7,200 sq m in the park but now the company has decided to additionally lease another 4,300 sq m. Vesta has been a tenant with Prologis for the past ten years and is one of the largest haulage companies in the Mazowsze region. The company provides a wide range of services from transport planning to advanced logistical services. It specialises in the transport of goods such as packaging, cans and dried food and also offers bulky good transportation, warehousing and order fulfilment services. Prologis Park Błonie is a modern distribution centre comprising seven buildings with a combined area of 152,000 sq m. The centre is located 25 km west of the centre of Warsaw not far from National Road nr. 92, which makes up part of the European E30 transport route. The park is also only 9 km from the Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction on the A2 motorway, which connects Warsaw with Poznań and Berlin.
