The location is 4 km from the A1 motorway, which links Łódź with the TriCity and 20 km from the A2 (Berlin-Poznań-Warsaw). Eventually, the park will comprise 71,000 sq m of modern industrial space on a 16.5 ha site. The centre has been designed specifically for tenants involved in logistics, distribution and light production.
