Its new warehouse in Panattoni Park Janki IV near Warsaw will comprise nearly 2,700 sq m of logistics space and around 50 sq m of office and social space. “Euro Logistics has enjoyed rapid growth on the logistics market, so we are pleased that we were able to respond to its growing demand for warehouse space. I am confident that the opening of its new location in central Poland will mark another milestone in its domestic expansion,” says Małgorzata Papaj, Associate Director, Industrial Agency, Savills. “Thanks to the excellent cooperation with professional real estate adviser Savills and its full support, we progressed smoothly through each phase of our search, negotiations and adaptation of warehouse space,” says Tomasz Sikora, Adviser to the Management Board of Euro Logistics. Chopin Airport, which is 9 km away. Its immediate proximity to the Janki interchange of the S8 expressway makes it ideal for distribution across Central Poland and the whole of Europe. “Panattoni Park Janki IV is yet another project developed by Panattoni in the Warsaw region which is now fully let. Facilities in this location beckon tenants with a prospect of servicing the Warsaw market and with excellent connections to key hubs in Poland and Europe. In 2022, industrial take-up in Warsaw reached approximately 1 million sq m, but demand shows no sign of abating – this is especially evident when we look at the number of new leases transacted,” says Olga Wałkiewicz, Senior Development Manager, Panattoni. The developer continues to build its project portfolio in the Warsaw region, where it has already delivered over 2 million sq m. Panattoni Park Janki IV is a class A building with over 13,200 sq m of top-grade warehouse and office space tailored to meet the requirements of clients from various industries.
