SAVILLS STRENGTHENS INDUSTRIAL AGENCY

Commercial real estate advisory firm Savills has strengthened its industrial agency with the appointment of Patryk Romanowski. Patryk Romanowski has been appointed to the position of a consultant in the industrial team at Savills with responsibility for delivering advisory services to tenants looking for properties to rent in Central Poland and for cooperation with Savills advisers in charge of the Warsaw region. Patryk has a strong track record in providing advisory services for occupiers from the logistics and industrial sector. He has advised companies from such industries as international freight forwarding and consumer electronics, as well as logistics operators. Prior to joining Savills, he had spent more than three years as a business development manager at a warehouse real estate agency. “Central Poland is one of the largest and strongest warehouse markets in Poland.
