The complex is situated 3 kilometres from national roads 80 and 10 as well as close to S10 Bydgoszcz ring road, which connects Szczecin with Warsaw agglomeration. What is more, there is just 8 kilometres to the Bydgoszcz Airport. An additional advantage of the park’s location is the close vicinity of public transport, which provides easy access to the city centre.

The complex comprises of three A-class buildings of more than 65,000 square meters. The facilities can be adapted according to the client's specification, both for storage of goods and light manufacturing. Parking places and 35 m deep truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
