The new complex will ultimately comprise three buildings totalling over 110,000 sqm.Bydgoszcz is growing into one of the leaders of new logistics markets. It is located halfway between the ports in Gdansk and the logistics hub in Lodz. It lies on an important route from Warsaw to Szczecin (the S10 road) and in close proximity to the S5 road, which will connect Bydgoszcz with Olsztyn and the A1 freeway on the one hand and Poznań and Wrocław on the other.
