The project is the second phase of the investment on Sportowa StreetThe park is located next to the A4 motorway and 1 km from the John Paul II Airport in Balice. The Balice II motorway junction is approx. 1.5 km from the park. A high and green standard will be maintained. The buildings will reach a height of twelve metres and will undergo BREEAM environmental certification at the Excellent level. The investment will be equipped with numerous energy and water saving solutions.
