7R City Flex Warsaw Airport I will be developed just under 10 km to the south-west of the centre of Warsaw, in the Włochy district. Its key strength is its location: 5 km from Chopin Airport. In addition, the planned industrial park will be located near two major interchanges: of the S2 and S8 expressways and of voivodeship road 719 and national road 7.
