Distribution Park Grodzisk Mazowiecki

Distribution Park Grodzisk Mazowiecki is located 40 kilometres southwest of Warsaw city centre at Chrzanowska street in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. The location of the park provides very good transport connection thanks to the immediate closeness of the provincial roads 579/719 and A2 highway enabling access to Warszawa-Berlin route. The logistics centre consists of two buildings with a warehouse and office function of a total area of 28 063 square meters. Numerous parking places and six entries that facilitate access to the buildings by drive-in-doors as well as loading docks on the opposite side of the warehouse are available for the customers. What is more, the buildings are equipped with ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents. The modern technical solutions allow for storage of hazardous materials (ADR).
