Hillwood Kalwaria III is located 26 km to the south of the centre of Warsaw, close to national road 79, and 17 km from Warsaw’s S2 ring-road, which provides easy access to Chopin Airport, the A2 motorway and other exit roads from the Polish capital. The logistics facility is a class A building with an area of approximately 32,000 sq m. It is located at a fenced site with surveillance and round-the-clock security services. It features a modern fire safety system including ESFR sprinklers, and indoor and outdoor fire hydrants. The site provides truck courts and car and truck parking spaces. It is suitable for high-bay storage and light manufacturing.
