Logicor Święcice I is located approximately 23 kilometres west of Warsaw, in Święcice. The complex is situated in the immediate closeness of national road 92 and 10 kilometres from Pruszków junction of A2 highway linking Warsaw with Berlin. This location provides a very convenient connection with the city centre and Warsaw Chopin Airport (22 kilometres away). The distribution centre comprises of two buildings of total 27,000 square meters. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. The buildings are equipped with fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents.
