Logicor Teresin

Logicor Teresin is located in the village Kampinos near Teresin, approximately 43 kilometres from Warsaw city centre. The complex is situated near Sochaczew, close to national road 92 and 20 kilometres from Wiskitki junction of A2 highway. What is more, there is 46 kilometres to Warsaw Chopin Airport from the park. The distribution complex comprises of warehouse and office space totalling 36,000 square meters. The developer provided the possibility to arrange the office area according to the client's specification. What is more, the park has 24-hour outdoor monitoring the buildings are equipped with ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents. The facilities can be adapted for different types of activities including storage of goods and light manufacturing.
