MLP Teresin

MLP Teresin is located in the village Gnatowice Stare, near Teresin, approximately 46 kilometres north of Warsaw city centre. The complex is situated close to national road 92 linking Warsaw with Poznań and 20 kilometres from Wiskitki junction of A2 highway, which ensures fast transport connection with the city centre and the western part of the country.

The logistics centre comprise 140,000 square meters of warehouse space. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. The buildings are equipped with fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents but also gas central heating and skylights being a source of natural light. 24-hour on-site security service ensures the safety of the facilities. Parking places as well as truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
