P3 Grodzisk

P3 Grodzisk is located in the village Natolin, approximately 33 kilometres west of Warsaw. The complex is situated close to A2 highway linking Warsaw with Berlin, which ensures good connection with the capital city and to other regions of Poland. What is more, the planned ring road of Grodzisk Mazowiecki will pass along the park. The logistics centre comprises of four buildings of about 80,000 square meters. Social and office units are available upon tenant’s request. The warehouse facilities are equipped with fire protection system including ESFR sprinkler system and smoke vents as well as skylights being a source of natural daylight. Moreover, one of the buildings has been designed as „crossdock”, which ensures quick and efficient loading processes. Parking places and truck courts for manoeuvring are available for clients.
