Panattoni Park Pruszków IV is located 22 km to the south-west of the centre of Warsaw, in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway, part of Europe’s east-west route. It also benefits from its proximity to the Pruszków interchange of the A2 motorway and voivodeship road 718. The complex can also be easily accessed from Chopin Airport in Warsaw, located just 23 km away. The industrial park will comprise an approximately 43,000 warehouse building that will be also adapted for manufacturing companies. The park will provide truck courts, car and truck parking spaces, and grade level doors. Panattoni’s standard features include gas heating, skylights, smoke ventilation windows and an ESFR sprinkler system.
