Park magazynowy Wierzbica

The industrial park is located in Wierzbica, 22 km to the south-west of the centre of Radom. It is situated just off voivodeship road 744. It also benefits from its proximity to national road 9 and the S7 expressway. Its location in central Poland guarantees very good connections to all of the nation’s regions. The region offers a large labour pool on account of its high unemployment rate. The industrial park consists of three self-contained buildings with a total area of approximately 5,300 sq m. Building no. 2, which provides 1,952 sq m, is currently available for lease. The site is fenced and well-lit. The facility provides ample car and truck parking spaces for all the buildings.
