Description
Prologis Park Błonie I is located approximately 25 kilometres west of Warsaw city centre, in the town Błonie. The complex is situated by national road 92 leading from Warsaw to Poznań and about 9 kilometres from Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction of A2 highway. What is more, there is 31 kilometres to Warsaw Chopin Airport from the park. It is an ideal location in terms of regional and national distribution.
The distribution centre comprises of seven buildings of about 152,000 square meters. Warehouse, office and social space is available upon tenants’ request. The buildings are equipped with ESFR sprinkler system, smoke vents, skylights as well as interior/exterior fire hydrants. Parking places and truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises. In addition to this, the park is fully fenced and has 24-hour security service.
