Waimea MMP Kajetany

Waimea MMP Kajetany is located in Kajetany, 23 km to the south-west of the centre of Warsaw. It is also very close to the S8 expressway and enjoys easy access to the S7 expressway and the A2 motorway. The logistics centre also benefits from the proximity of public transport stops located just 1 km away from the complex. The warehouse will comprise service and retail units as well as storage and production units in a building with a total area of approximately 9,300 sq m. The units will be sized 250 sq m and upwards. The development will provide ample parking spaces for each unit and large truck courts. The logistics centre will be fenced and provided with video surveillance. Each unit will have a separate grade level door.
