Warsaw Distribution Center

Warsaw Distribution Center is located in district of Włochy, approximately 10 kilometres from Warsaw city centre. The complex is situated close to the Warsaw southern ring road (S2 expressway) and national road 7, which guarantees convenient transport connection to other districts of Warsaw and exit routes. Krakowska Avenue (Aleja Krakowska) and Aleje Jerozolimskie provide easy access to the city centre. An additional advantage is the proximity of Warsaw Chopin Airport. The distribution centre comprises of five buildings of total 25, 000 square meters of warehouse space and 10,000 square meters of social-office modules. 24-hour on-site security service, CCTV and fire protection system (sprinkler system, fire hydrants and smoke vents) ensure the safety of the facilities. The buildings are equipped with loading docks, drive-in-doors and skylights being a source of natural daylight. Parking places for trucks and cars as well as 18 m deep truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises. What is more, on-site canteen is additional advantage of the park, especially for the employees.
