Panattoni Park Opole

Panattoni Park Opole will be developed 5 km to the north-west of the centre of Opole and will be immediately accessible from national roads 45 and 94, and voivodeship road 459. Its warehouses will also benefit from their connection to the A4 motorway, forming part of E40, the longest international European route. The industrial park will be located within the Katowice Special Economic Zone, where businesses could benefit from exemptions and operational support. The industrial park will comprise three buildings with a total area of approximately 50,000 sq m.
