Panattoni Park Białystok

Panattoni Park Białystok is located in the north-western part of the city, approximately 8 kilometres from the city centre. The complex is situated by national road 65, which ensures easy access to S8 expressway connecting Wrocław, Łódź, Warszawa and Białystok. Additionally, the planned S19 expressway will pass along the park and will link the most important cities of Eastern Poland. The logistics centre comprises of two buildings of over 30,000 square meters. Easily customized social and office units are available upon tenants’ needs. The buildings are equipped with ESFR sprinkler system, smoke vents and outdoor monitoring. The warehouse space can be adapted either for storage of goods or light manufacturing. Parking places and deep truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
