Pomeranian Logistics Centre is situated in Gdańsk, approximately 9 kilometres from the city centre. The biggest advantage is the fact that the complex is located in proximity of the Deepwater Container Terminal (DTC), 8 kilometres from the S7 expressway and 16 kilometres from the Tricity Ring Road leading to A1 highway. What is more, there is just 23 kilometres to the Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport, which allows for efficient distribution of goods in Poland and outside the country. The complex is well communicated with Gdynia and Sopot. The distribution centre will consist of fourteen A-class buildings totalling 522,459 square meters of space. The facilities can be adapted to the needs of clients from different industries. The buildings are equipped with ESFR sprinkler system, smoke vents and 24-hour outdoor monitoring. Parking places for cars and trucks as well as deep truck courts for manoeuvring are available on the premises.
