Panattoni Park Poznañ East Gate is very well connected to the S5 expressway and thus the A2 highway. The park is conveniently located in Paczków, near national road 92, which connects Rzepin near the German border with Poznań and Warsaw. The road runs through the Lubuskie, Wielkopolskie, Łódzkie and Mazowieckie provinces, and its route is parallel to the A2 highway. The nearby Kostrzyn interchange, in turn, connects Route 92 with the S5 expressway (Wroclaw - Poznan - Bydgoszcz and ultimately Ostroda) and, through it, also with the A2 highway in Kleszczewo. In turn, the park's location near Poznań and proximity to university campuses, provides an influx of skilled workers and excellent communications.

It consists of a single hall of 45,100 sqm. Tenants from various industries will be able to use flexible modules to handle both warehouse and manufacturing processes. This industrial space is BREEAM-certified at the Very Good level, which means it meets high environmental requirements and is cheaper to operate.
