150,000 sqm in Panattoni Park Poznań A2
Construction work is to begin on Panattoni Park Poznań A2, a new warehouse centre in the Wielkopolska region. The complex is to comprise nearly 150,000 sq m and Panattoni has purchased around 35 ha of land for the project. The centre is to be situated 7 km east of the Poznań Krzesiny junction, which connects the A2 motorway to the S11 expressway. The park has already been partially leased with 82,000 sq m to be occupied by a giant from the clothing industry. The remaining 62,000 sq m is being developed on a speculative basis. The developer intends to have the project environmentally certified under BREEAM with a rating of ‘Outstanding’. No PCV is to be used in the construction and the developer is to construct the roof to be suitable for the installation of solar panels. The centre is also to feature an increased number of skylights, a BMS, and smart lighting as well as a rainwater collection system. A drinking water purification station will also be placed on the site and the drains will lead to a biological water purification plant. The users of Panattoni Park Poznań A2 will also have electric vehicle charging stations at their disposal as well as extensive cycling facilities, a basketball court, a boules lawn, and a centralised drinking water installation in the offices. The development will benefit from being next to both the A2 and the S11 expressway. The S5 expressway between Bydgoszcz and Wrocław is just 15 km away. Around 4,500 people should find work in the park. Szukasz powierzchni magazynowej w tej okolicy? Chętnie pomożemy! Zapraszamy do kontaktu emailowego i telefonicznego z naszymi doradcami!
