75,000 sqm for DSV in Wrocław Logistics South Hub
Logistics operator DSV has leased 75,300 sq m in the Wrocław Logistics South Hub complex. The space is to be ready by the end of March 2023.
This is the first lease for space in the park, which is eventually to have an area of 247,000 sq m. Construction work began in the summer this year. The DSV building is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of 'Excellent'. Workers in the park will have access to a green relaxation area and modern office space with optimised acoustics, high quality air and increased access to daylight. Panattoni is also to install electric vehicle charging stations with parking spaces for carsharing.
Wrocław Logistics South Hub is Panattoni's largest project in the region. It is located to the south of Wrocław in Magnice around half an hour's drive from the city centre. The park is next to the S8 expressway which leads on to Wrocław's bypass, the A8 motorway, before running on through the country as far as Białystok. The park also benefits from being close to the A4 motorway, which provides access to Western European countries and heading south it is just a two-hour drive to the Czech Republic.
This is not the first time DSV has commissioned Panattoni to develop warehousing space. Previously, Panattoni provided the company with space in Warsaw, Łódź, Kraków and Gdańsk. DSV is an international logistics operator headquartered in Denmark with branches in over 90 countries. It employs over 56,000 people and has been operating in Poland since 1995.
