Chinese clothing giant  in Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub
Chinese fashion retailer Shein has leased 54,300 sqm in the Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub and will use the warehousing centre to serve European markets. The tenant is to move in before the end of the quarter, and 2,000 people will be employed in the centre. The building constructed for the Shanghai-based firm is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of 'Excellent' and will feature numerous energy- and water-saving solutions as well as systems to reduce carbon dioxide emissions. Workers in the centre can make use of green relaxation areas and the centre will also include electric vehicle charging stations and parking spaces reserved for carsharing. Panattoni Park Wrocław South Hub is the developer's largest project to serve the Wrocław market and, eventually, Panattoni Wrocław South Hub is to have an area of 247,000 sq m of warehouse and logistics space. The largest tenant to lease space so far in the centre is logistics operator DSV with an area of 75,000 sq m. The development is located in the village of Magnice next to the S8 expressway, which runs from the southwest of Poland to the northeast. The centre is also not far from the A4 motorway, which provides access to Western European countries.
