Construction work completed  on GLP Poznań Airport Logistics Centre
The construction of the third and final building of the GLP Poznań Airport Logistics Centre has come to an end. This represents the completion of the entire project, which now comprises a total area of 81,000 sq m of warehouse and production space. The third building with an area of 28,600 sq m has been partially leased by a leading producer of medical equipment. A further 17,000 sq m of space remains available for potential tenants. The building was constructed to comply with the requirements of BREEAM environmental certification and includes storage space with a height of up to 12m. The centre also includes reinforced flooring with a weight-bearing capacity of up to 7.5 tons per sqm as well as a docking area with improved access to natural light due to a higher-than-standard number of skylights. The roof is designed for the installation of solar panels. The park also includes a number of electric vehicle charging stations, and a bicycle shelter. The developer has also carefully laid out the green areas on the site. Park Poznań Airport Logistics Centre is around 5 km to the west of Poznań International Airport and 3.5 km from the Poznań-Ławica junction on the S11 expressway. The centre is also only a few minutes’ drive from the A2 motorway, which connects Poznań with Łódź (2h 20 min) and Warsaw (3h 10 min). The motorway also connects the centre with Western Europe.
