The last building of the GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre complex is currently under construction and should be completed by May 2023. The main tenant is to be Cummins, a producer of high-compression engines. The company has leased an area of 3,500 sq m, where it is to create an engine construction facility. The company is also to make use of 940 sq m of office space. The total investment comes to USD 10 million with the centre to be opened before the end of 2023. It is to be an integral part of the Cummins Poland base and will be the company's main centre of operations in Poland. The park is seven kilometres from the facilities that Cummins presently uses. The company plans to relocate its current staff to the new location while also hiring new people. The building was designed together with the input of Cummins but a further 2,500 sq m remains to be leased. GLP Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is the largest project of GLP in the Małopolska region.
