LX Pantos  expands in Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII
Korean logistics operator LX Pantos has now occupied over 50,000 sq m in the Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII logistics centre. At the end of last year, one of the largest logistics operators of the Asia and Pacific region leased 43,500 sq m. Now, the company has decided to lease even more space. The leading Korean logistics company occupies around 130,000 sq m across all of Panattoni's parks in Poland. In Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII the company leases an environmentally-friendly warehouse certified under BREEAM for a rating of 'Excellent'. The developer has applied numerous energy-saving solutions in the building as well as measures to save water and limit carbon dioxide emissions. The centre has also been developed with a number of solutions for the well-being of the users. The office space has appropriate acoustic qualities, high-quality air and access to natural light. Green relaxation areas are provided for the workers with environmentally-friendly outdoor furniture. Additionally, the centre includes electric vehicle charging stations. Panattoni Park Wrocław XIII comprises two buildings with a combined area of 75,000 sq m. The park is near the Pietrzykowice junction on the A4 motorway, where the motorway meets a number of important regional roads including the E67 expressway and the Wrocław motorway bypass (A8).
