Production plant comes to Panattoni Park Kraków West III

A producer of double-glazing insulation components has leased 9,500 sq m of logistics and production space in the Panattoni Park Kraków West III centre. The new tenant is planning to use the space for its production operations as well as for storing its finished products, which are intended to be sold both nationally and across the EU. The built-to-suit (BTS) development is to be handed over in the third quarter of 2023. The development is to be certified under BREEAM for a rating of ‘Excellent’. The developer is to install daylight sensors for the outdoor lighting as well as an intelligent energy management system. Additionally, Panattoni is to provide full facilities for cyclists and is also to plant trees, bushes and a flower meadow on the site of the park. The Panattoni Park Kraków West III warehouse centre in the town of Skawina is located just under 20 km from the centre of Kraków. It lies not far from national road nr 44 and is less than a 10-min drive from the A4 motorway, which provides direct access to Germany via Katowice, Opole and Wrocław as well as to Ukraine via Rzeszów. Additionally, the location of Panattoni Park Kraków West III is around 80 min from the border with Slovakia and just under two hours from the border with the Czech Republic.
