Stella Pack selects Panattoni Park Lublin II

Stella Pack has leased 17,000 sq m of warehouse and production space in the Panattoni Park Lublin II complex. The tenant is to move into the newly-leased building in January 2023. Stella Pack is one of the largest European producers of rubbish bags and non-chemical cleaning and hygiene products. The company recycles around 2,000 tons of plastic a month to make its bags and runs six modern factories in Poland and Ukraine. As well as Stella Pack SA, the group also includes Stella Pak Ukraine and Stella Pack Romania. The tenant will be able to use the park's numerous facilities including the green areas next to the office entrances and also the electric vehicle charging stations. Numerous environmentally-friendly systems have been used in the building including twilight sensors and sanitary fittings that use less water. Panattoni Park Lublin II is in the administrative district of Niemce 8 km from the Lublin bypass and not far from the S19 expressway and the planned route of the future Via Carpathia. The nearest interchange onto this road is to be built just 500m from the park. Eventually, Panattoni Park Lublin II is to comprise three buildings with a combined area of 84,500 sq m. The tenants of the centre also include Varroc Lighting Systems – a leading producer of internal lighting systems and vehicle control electronics. The company has leased over 25,000 sq m.
