TRUMPF Huettinger  to move into City Logistics Warsaw IV
Electronic equipment and component manufacturer TRUMPF Huettinger has leased one of the buildings in the City Logistics Warsaw IV logistics centre in the Annopol area of Warsaw. The tenant will have 19,200 sq m of warehouse and production space at its disposal as well as a further 3,200 sq m of office space. The building is to be handed over in July of this year. TRUMPF Huettinger specialises in designing, testing and producing modern electronics for smartphones, televisions and solar panels. Within City Logistics Warsaw IV, the company is to mount electronic systems as well as other elements and components for industrial usage. The factory is to serve international markets including those of the US, Japan, Korea and China. City Logistics Warsaw IV is the largest development so far by Panattoni on the outskirts of Warsaw. It comprises two buildings with a combined area of 39,000 sq m. Other companies are to use the centre for the production of fans, motors and lathes. The developer intends for the centre to be equipped with numerous ecological solutions including a green relaxation zone for workers. Users of the centre will also have an outdoor gym and furnishings made from recycled wind turbines at their disposal. The centre will also include parking for bicycles and electric vehicle charging stations. City Logistics Warsaw IV is a distance of 11 km from the centre of the city and around 2 km from the S8 expressway.
