Two tenants in GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre
Logistics and haulage firm Adam Dąbrowa as well as Unobrand, a company that provides graphic and packaging services for e-commerce have joined the tenants of GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre. Adam Dąbrowa has leased 11,900 sq m of warehouse and office space while Unobrand has taken up 7,500 sq m. As a result of the new leases the 35,500 sq m park that was handed over for use four months ago is now fully leased. Previous leases were already signed by Sanico and Mateus.
Adam Dąbrowa is a licensed nationwide haulier that has been operating since 2001. The business operates trucks and vans and also has its own logistics operations. Unobrand prints various materials including catalogues, envelopes, company materials and it also provides co-packing services. The company offers picking and packing services, cellophaning, labelling, design and production of both cardboard and plastic packaging.
GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre is located in Kobyłka near Warsaw. The building has a height of 12 m with an increased number of skylights in the roof over the docking area. The park has a number of electric vehicle charging stations. As well as the recently completed centre in Kobyłka GLP is currently developing another project in Mazowsze. A 24,000 sq m building is to be located next to the Grodzisk Mazowiecki junction of the A2 motorway. It will be the fifth development undertaken by GLC in the district.
