approximately 23,000 sq m. located near Wrocław, at ul. Świdnicka, 5 km from the A4 and A8 motorways, right next to the national road No. 35. The location at the Wrocław Południe junction connecting the A4 motorway and the A8 motorway provides excellent communication with the city and the region of Lower and Upper Silesia.
